When should I use the Check-in Feature?

The Check-in Feature is used as a digital clipboard or guestbook for occasional visitors to your site that will not need a login with a User ID and Password. This feature will collect a person's name, email address, and phone number, as well as the date and time of their visit. You will enter your questions that they can agree to upon entering your location.
